Kathryn Grimco
President & Owner

Kathryn has been active in the insurance services business for over twenty years and is recognized as an accomplished leader within the industry. After spending several years working with other firms, she and Co-Founder Todd Miller wanted to establish a company that put the clients’ needs before the bottom line. Throughout her career, Kathryn has been awarded multiple achievement awards including Outstanding Producer awards and the Premier Status Producers award from several A-rated insurance companies. She is also a member of MDRT Million Dollar Round Table. Although she enjoys the success she has realized throughout her career, one of her greatest joys comes from being a grandmother and spending quality time with her family. Kathryn was born and raised in Iowa and has been an Arizona resident since 1994.

Aaron Ezolt
Account Representative

Aaron brings several years of experience to the Guaranty Retirement Solutions team and places careful focus on helping retirees and those getting ready to retire achieve their financial goals. After spending several years in executive accounting in the entertainment industry, Aaron began his career in the financial services industry. Throughout his career he has been able to utilize his background, experience and accounting knowledge to further assist clients with their retirement strategies. Aaron works with some of the top performing companies in the financial services arena, which allows him to offer clients superior products for their portfolio. Aaron takes pride in giving concierge-like service to clients, particularly those unfamiliar with the inner workings of the financial industry. Aaron arrived in Arizona by way of Los Angeles with his wife Jamie and two beautiful children and has been enjoying life in the desert lifestyle ever since.

Joel Roper
Senior Account Manager

Joel has dedicated his many years of customer relations experience to the Guaranty Retirement Solutions team, and has successfully transitioned his top-notch customer service and sales skills into being a leading Account Manager with the company.  Joel is a multimillion-dollar producer for the firm. His many years in the industry provides him with a deep knowledge of products and what truly matters to clients.  He focuses on asking good questions and listening closely to the clients’ needs.  Originally from the Midwest, Joel has lived in Arizona since the mid 1990’s.

He enjoys exploring and hiking in the outdoors, traveling and seeing new places, and being in or on the ocean.  When not pursuing these interests, he enjoys being with family and friends, volunteering his time or reading a good book.

Debbie VanZuiden
Executive Assistant

Debbie has over 35 years of administrative and customer service experience and plays a key role in the day-to-day business operations of the company. She is extremely proficient in her role and understands the importance of providing superior administrative support as well as exceptional service to our clients.

Debbie moved to Arizona from Illinois in 2017 with her husband Henry.  They are enjoying Arizona life and are not missing the cold Illinois winters.

Jessica Paskel
Licensed Insurance Agent

Jessica has years of experience in finance and customer service and is passionate about helping people navigate Medicare health plans. Whether you’re turning 65 or losing coverage, she makes it easy to understand Medicare Advantage Plans , Medicare Supplement Plans, and stand alone ancillary plans like dental, hearing, cancer, short term and hospital indemnity coverage.

After seeing how overwhelming Medicare was for her own parents, Jessica knew she wanted to help others feel confident in their healthcare choices. She takes the time to listen, educate, and guide you toward the plan that fits your specific needs.

Originally from New Jersey, Jessica has called Arizona home since 1995. When she’s not helping clients, she loves hiking in the desert, traveling, volunteering with her church, and oil painting. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two boys.

Sharon Toricivia
Administrative Assistant

Sharon has accumulated more than 40 years in administrative roles while developing positive customer relationships and solving problems whenever they arise. Sharon works with Joel Roper in the Surprise office as his Administrative Assistant.

When not in the office, Sharon enjoys travel and physical exercise and of course, spending time with her husband, her kids and their 5 grandchildren.
